We've started a Fundable to see if we can't recoup from our back to back emergencies this spring.
How Fundable works is that we set a fund-raising goal and people pledge $10 or more until we reach that goal.
If we don't reach the goal in 25 days, no money is collected and we start over again. So please pass this link to as many people as you can!

Whew!! It's so hot that even the beagles have no interest in being outside until the sun goes down. Now that it's after 8pm Elvis, Belle and Ernie are playing in the yard. Pepper is occasionally joining in the fray, while our own non-beagle lies in the kiddie pool we got them today.

We need an Intake Coordinator! |

We are in desperate need of an Intake Coordinator. This is a volunteer position and we certainly don't expect it to be full-time (although some days it can seem that it is). You will probably need about 5 hours a week at a minimum to handle processing the intake emails and replying to people and updating the website listings.
