The daffodils are peeking out of the ground here in Atlanta. That means for us spring is not far away (sorry Minnesota!). With warmer weather comes more chances for you to meet your beagle love match at one of our events.

We are going to start a very special fundraiser for a very special beagle starting this next Sunday, the 7th. Older dogs usually take quite some time to get adopted. There are many reasons for this and we do understand that it cean seem like you are betting on a losing horse when considering a senior adoption. We know, however, that our senior dogs are ready to give years and years of love and affection to their lucky adopters.

Tragedy can befall any person at any age. There is no guarantee that a puppy will live any longer than a senior. Our senior dogs are in excellent shape. We make sure to do senior bloodwork, and get them dentals. We also check all lumps and bumps. Fat beagles get Beagle Bootcamp and the skinny ones (not that many of those!) get a healthy diet to help them put on weight. When you adopt a mature beagle from us you are getting a new family member who still has plenty of time to make you laugh and add that special beagle sunshine to your life.
