| All our senior dogs receive a full senior health workup. This includes a full exam and a full senior blood panel, including a check for thyroid disease. This lets us adopt our seniors in confidence that there are no hidden health problems. |
One of the ways to help your dog live a long and happy life is to stay on top of dental problems with regular dental care. All our dogs receive dental cleaning if they need it, and most seniors do. Because of their age we do more bloodwork before the procedure since anesthesia is more risky in older animals. |

We use Lifeline to do most of our spays and neuters. All they do is low cost spays and neuters and the cost and service is fantastic. All our dogs are fixed, current on all vaccines, tested for heartworm and microchipped.

Heartworm disease is rampant in the South because we have mosquitoes all year round. This very preventable disease is pretty expensive to cure and we unfortunately see all too much of it.
