Can a foster home adopt the dog they are fostering?

This is a common question and of course the answer is YES! The end goal is always a permanent placement for the dog.

We really, REALLY want the foster homes who adopt to continue fostering if at all possible. Good foster homes are very hard to find, and each one that \closes\" means less dogs  we can save.
